TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DELIVERY, RETURNS AND PRIVACY

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ViUes EOOD, owner of the online store Pause Jeans Online, available at pausejeans-online.com, and customers who use the website, browse products, create a customer account or place an order through the online store.

2. PROMOTIONS

All announced promotions are valid only for purchases made through the website pausejeans-online.com and apply for the periods stated in the promotions or while stocks last.

Pause Jeans Online reserves the right to change, terminate or extend promotional campaigns when this is necessary, and such changes do not affect already confirmed orders unless there is an obvious technical error.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICES AND ORDERS

The main characteristics of the products, sizes, colours, availability and final prices are indicated on each product page. All prices include VAT.

An order is considered placed after the required details have been filled in and confirmed by the customer. If needed, Pause Jeans Online may contact the customer to clarify delivery details, size, availability or payment.

In the event of an obvious technical error in the price, availability, description or another element of the order, Pause Jeans Online has the right to contact the customer and offer a correction or cancellation of the order before it is fulfilled.

4. PAYMENT

Purchases may be paid for by the following methods:

• online payment by bank card;
• postal money transfer upon delivery of the order — only within Bulgaria;
• other payment methods, if expressly indicated during checkout.

When paying by card, card details are processed by the licensed payment operator, and Pause Jeans Online does not store the full bank card details of the customer.

5. DELIVERY IN BULGARIA

Pause Jeans Online delivers goods ordered by the customer through courier companies Speedy, Econt and BoxNow within Bulgaria. The order may be delivered to an address, to a courier office or to a BoxNow locker/location, where this option is available.

Courier companies usually deliver shipments within Bulgaria within up to two working days, but the delivery time may depend on the settlement, selected courier, courier network workload, public holidays and other circumstances beyond the control of Pause Jeans Online.

Each shipment is sent with a “test and inspection” option, where the selected courier and delivery method allow this. The customer should inspect the shipment upon receipt and, in case of a visible issue, notify the courier and Pause Jeans Online as soon as possible.

6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Pause Jeans Online offers delivery outside Bulgaria through courier and postal operators such as Speedy, DHL, Bulgarian Posts or another available partner depending on the country of delivery.

The international delivery time is indicative and is usually between 4 and 14 working days, but it may vary depending on the country, customs procedures, holiday periods and the conditions of the relevant carrier. The delivery price outside Bulgaria is generated during checkout when the system allows this, or is clarified additionally with the customer.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties and other charges may be applied. These are not included in the order price and are paid by the recipient in accordance with local regulations.

7. DELIVERY PRICES

• For orders with a value above 50 €, delivery of the products within Bulgaria is free of charge.
• For orders with a value below 50 €, the delivery price is:
  • 2.80 €, including all fees, for shipments up to 2 kg;
  • 4.06 € + postal money transfer fee for shipments up to 5 kg.
• Prices include VAT.
• International delivery is calculated during checkout or clarified additionally according to the country and courier.

Free delivery applies only within Bulgaria and only for orders with a value above 50 €.

8. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract and return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving a reason, except in the cases provided for by law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Pause Jeans Online by an unequivocal statement — for example by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +359 885 360 218. The notice must include the order number, customer names, contact phone number and a description of the items being returned.

The product must be returned without signs of use, washing, ironing, staining, damage, perfume, cosmetics or other signs of treatment, with preserved commercial appearance, original packaging and original labels. Please do not remove the label from the garment before trying it on and before you are sure that you wish to keep it.

The choice of courier company for the return remains with the customer, unless otherwise agreed in advance. The shipment must be sent with paid transport costs and with an “inspection” option, where possible.

After we receive the returned shipment, we will inspect it carefully to make sure that it meets the return conditions. All shipments are opened before refunds are issued.

9. REFUNDS

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, Pause Jeans Online refunds the amounts received from the customer within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, and has the right to postpone the refund until the goods are received back or until proof is provided by the customer that they have sent the goods back — whichever occurs first.

Amounts are refunded by bank transfer to a bank account specified by the customer, unless the parties have agreed on another permissible method of refund. Pause Jeans Online is not responsible for delay or failed payment where incorrect or incomplete bank details have been provided by the customer.

10. TRANSPORT COSTS FOR RETURNS

Transport costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in cases where the goods received clearly do not correspond to the order, the error was caused by Pause Jeans Online, the product was damaged or part of the order is missing.

If products delivered with free delivery are returned, the amount refunded will be reduced by the value of the delivery actually paid by Pause Jeans Online, where after the return the conditions for free delivery are no longer met. (2.80 €)

In case of return or partial return and keeping products below 50 €, Pause Jeans Online reserves the right to deduct courier costs related to the original delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. INCORRECT DETAILS AND UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS

In the event of incorrect delivery details filled in by the customer, where this has led to delay, inability to deliver, return or loss of the shipment, all additional return and re-delivery costs are borne by the customer.

Pause Jeans Online reserves the right, after individual assessment, to refuse future fulfilment of orders from customers who systematically refuse to accept orders placed by them or do not pay the resulting transport costs, in compliance with applicable law and good commercial practice.

12. COMPLAINTS AND STATUTORY GUARANTEE

All goods benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European legislation. A complaint may be submitted in case of non-conformity, manufacturing defect or another issue for which the trader is legally responsible.

A complaint may be submitted orally or in writing to Pause Jeans Online, and it is recommended that it is submitted in writing to [email protected]. It is advisable for the customer to provide the order number, description of the problem, photos in case of a visible defect and a contact phone number.

Visible transport damage, missing items or obvious non-conformity upon delivery should be reported as soon as possible after receipt of the shipment, so that the case can be checked promptly with the courier.

The terms in this section do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights in case of non-conformity of the goods.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to customers and users of the online services of Pause Jeans Online. We process personal data only to the extent necessary for fulfilling orders, customer service, accounting and legal obligations, protection of rights and legitimate interests, as well as for marketing communications where consent or another permissible legal basis exists.

Your data is necessary for the following purposes:

• to create and manage your customer account in Pause Jeans Online;
• to process your orders through our online services;
• to organise payment, delivery, return, exchange or complaint;
• to send you notifications about the status of the order or delivery;
• to contact you in case of a problem with an order, payment, delivery or returned product;
• to respond to your enquiries;
• to fulfil accounting, tax and other legal obligations;
• to send you marketing messages, newsletters or offers where you have given consent or where the law permits this.

The processed data may include first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, delivery address, billing address, order data, payment information, customer communication and other data provided by the customer in connection with the use of the website.

We will store your data only for as long as necessary to provide the services, fulfil legal obligations or protect legitimate interests. After the expiry of the relevant periods, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires longer storage.

14. PERSONAL DATA RIGHTS

You have the right to request information about the personal data we store about you. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or outdated, you may request that it be corrected. Under the conditions of the law, you may also request deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

15. WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE DATA

We do not sell or provide your personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Data may be provided to third parties only where this is necessary for fulfilling the order or complying with legal obligations.

Such recipients may include:

• courier companies and postal operators;
• payment operators and banks;
• accounting and legal consultants;
• hosting, software, technical support and e-mail service providers;
• state authorities where required by law.

16. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Pause Jeans Online uses SSL protection, which encrypts the information sent between the customer and the website. We continuously adapt security measures in line with technological development and the nature of the processed data.

17. COOKIES

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device and is used during subsequent visits. Pause Jeans Online uses cookies to improve and facilitate your visit, for the functioning of the website, to save preferences and, where applicable, for statistics and marketing.

We use the following main types of cookies:

• necessary cookies — needed for the operation of the website, cart, order and account login;
• functional cookies — for saving preferences, such as language, currency or settings;
• analytical cookies — for statistics and improving the website;
• marketing cookies — for personalised offers and advertising, where applicable and permitted.

We use session cookies, which are deleted when the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which are stored for a defined period. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some functions of the website may not work properly.

18. ONLINE AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The consumer may contact the Consumer Protection Commission and the relevant conciliation committees for alternative resolution of consumer disputes, where applicable.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR), which was previously available on the European Commission website, was closed on 20.07.2025. Therefore, the old link to the ODR platform should not be used as an active complaint submission mechanism.

19. COPYRIGHT

The content of this website, including text, images, logos, design, product descriptions and other materials, is protected by copyright and is owned by Pause Jeans or is used with permission. Copying, reproduction or use of content without permission is not allowed, except in cases permitted by law.

20. FINAL PROVISIONS

Pause Jeans Online reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary due to changes in law, the operation of the website, courier services, payment methods or other circumstances. The current version is published on the website.

For all matters not regulated herein, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union applies, where applicable.
